Although Natalie will provide standard courses and workshops upon request, she prefers to customize them for each client. She creates these customized courses by studying participant writing samples and organizational templates (if any). She then uses these samples to

• perform a needs assessment
• develop a course workbook
• create handouts and exercises that target the participants’ greatest needs

The one exception is Journal Analysis, as the content and strategies apply almost completely across the board. Nonetheless, when requested, she will also customize this course.
